Step 1: Send us your request & customize

Please kindly send us whatever about your trip: date, itinerary, destination or anything you are interested in by fill in our REQUEST A FREE QUOTE, BUILD YOUR OWN TRIP or CONTACT US form or call us +84 982 996 967. We are available 24/7 and would be more than happy to have a chance to assist you with your coming trip.

Certainly, your request will be carefully noted then your personal travel expert will send you the best proposal and until it fits your needs (interests, budget and time…). This step may require several emails/call exchanges until perfect!

Step 2: Book your trip

We’ll build your itinerary from scratch and tweak things until it’s completely perfect. Once you’re satisfied with the customized tour, we will request a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost.

Right after your deposit is received by Open Asia Travel, we will place reservations for all of the tour services. Then we will send you the final booking confirmation which confirms all the services of the tour and a guide for the final payment schedule (due 45 days prior to your departure day).

And then you can begin the countdown to embark on your splendid journey!

Step 3: Enjoy your trip and we are always by your side

All you need to do now is enjoy your trip and we will always be here by your side 24/7. As locals, we stand ready to assist you around the clock.

Booking Amendment & Cancellations:

Booking Amendment

Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking even after it is made. Just contact your salesperson or contact us at info@openasiatravel.com  with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking with your preferable alternatives. Please kindly note that you will be responsible for any change in the final price caused by your amendment requests.

Cancellations

We would deeply regret upon your decision to cancel your trip under any cases, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.

In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:

• More than 60 days before departure: no charge. We Guarantee 100% money back + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
• Between 60 days and 45 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
• Between 45 days and 15 days before departure: 45 % of the tour cost + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
• Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 75 % of the tour cost + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost
• No show: 100% cancellation charge

Any cancellations should be made in writing.

No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.

Please note that some suppliers (hotels, airlines, and cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from Open Asia Travel that we may have to enforce depending on the individual supplier contract.
